Shipping Terms & Conditions
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter

  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.

  • All customers are liable for knowing local, state, and federal law regarding prohibited items and Standing Stone is not responsible for fees, fines, or if items, such as, but not limited to, e-collars, food, treats, animals, or medications are confiscated when crossing international borders.

  • Dangerous Items cannot be shipped internationally. These product types include but are not limited to:

    • Live Ammunition

    • Blank Ammunition

    • Explosives

    • Knives, blades, and other cutting devices

  • All measurements, weights, and sizes are measured in the Imperial System. International fitment may vary and is not guaranteed

  • Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions.

  • We strive to have all orders ready for shipment by next business day, however this is not a guarantee.

  • All Standard Shipping Policies regarding lead time and availability still apply.

 

Terms of Liability
  • We are not liable for misuse of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, E-collars, leads, leashes, check cords, flat collars and any other items sold by Standing Stone Supply.

  • We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper supervision of a pet while using any treats, chews, equipment or toys sold on Standing Stone Supply.

 

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

 

Definitions for the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Standing Stone Supply.

  • Goods and or Products refer to the items offered for sale on Our site.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Standing Stone Supply, accessible from https://www.standingstonesupply.com/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason for doing so.

 

The deadline for returning, exchanging, cancelling, or otherwise altering an order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party (family member, employee/employer etc) you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

  • Upon our receipt of the goods we will issue a refund, exchange, or other alteration previously agreed up in prior communication no later 14 business days.We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

You, the customer, are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us unless previously agreements have been reached. Please return items to:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Standing Stone Supply is not liable for lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages.


Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:​

  • For custom items such as flat collars with custom tags, due to the nature of the rivets used to attach the nameplate to the collar, we are unable to accept them for return or exchange without causing irreparable damage to the item.

  • Treats- any and all treats are unable to be returned for safety and health precautions.

  • Toys- any and all toys are subject to scrutiny and approval before being given authorization to return

  • Goods purchased on sale, that qualify for return or exchange, will be refunded at the sale price at which they were purchased.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to You.
